Sessions are 1 hour and can be held in person or over the phone.
You can expect a combination of conversation with solutions based coaching, hypnotherapy, guided visualization and meditation, and you’ll leave with tips to use in your day-to-day life.

I’m not a therapist, my approach is complimentary to therapy, acupuncture and other healing modalities and if I feel you will benefit from seeing a therapist I will refer you to one.
